Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project-level initiatives focused on wet process development for NAND, including complex experiments and integration support to improve process windows and yield.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate technology transfer and support process ramp-up activities, ensuring transfer readiness from R&D to manufacturing.
  • •Engage suppliers and stakeholders to mature process capability across wet processing and characterization technologies.
  • •Maintain accurate technical records, prepare comprehensive reports, and contribute to SOPs and knowledge management while ensuring safety, quality, and IP protection compliance.
  • •Mentor senior engineers and influence technical direction through technical forums and benchmarking; identify trends/risks/opportunities to recommend future investments and initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with at least 7 years, or Bachelor’s with at least 10 years in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • •Demonstrated wet process R&D experience in semiconductor technology development.
  • •Deep understanding of wet process technologies such as vapor etch, wet strip, dry strip, and selective chemical etching.
  • •Familiarity with electrical evaluation methods and fab metrology tools such as CD-SEM, thickness measurement, and particle counters.
  • •Experience using DOE/SPC and data analysis systems (e.g., Y3) to analyze experimental outcomes, with working knowledge of memory process flow (planar + vertical NAND context).
