Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the AGSE Service product strategy and top-level roadmap across autonomous driving capabilities, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure.
  • •Build a measurement foundation for continuous improvement, including defining KPIs and partnering on data collection and analysis pipelines for development and V&V.
  • •Drive technical execution for a safety-critical autonomous system by decomposing product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Lead cross-functional alignment by communicating product vision/status to senior leadership, customers, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • •Lead and develop a team of PMTs, establishing product development frameworks and best practices for autonomy product development and requirements management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,000 - 202,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of Product Management experience owning multi-system, technically complex products end-to-end.
  • •Experience shipping products where safety, reliability, and real-time performance are non-negotiable.
  • •Demonstrated ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Proven experience engaging directly with enterprise/operational customers to conduct discovery and translate needs into requirements.
