Key Responsibilities

•Assist with distributing and collecting computer equipment and set up computers, monitors, keyboards, and peripherals.

•Maintain and update the IT asset inventory, label equipment, verify physical condition, and help keep IT storage organized.
•Provide basic user assistance with common hardware/software questions, including installing approved software and following up on support requests under supervision.
•Document simple IT procedures and support administrative tasks such as organizing files and updating IT records, logs, and tracking spreadsheets.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•Basic computer skills and interest in learning IT support and technology.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows 10/Windows 11.
•Basic computer hardware knowledge and ability to follow established procedures.
