•Lead the credit analyst team for new and existing applicants across Parker’s corporate card and lending products.

•Work closely with Risk, Data, and Product teams to improve automation and develop scoring models.
•Support Sales and Success teams with responsive, well-informed credit decisions.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 205,000 annually

•10+ years of experience in underwriting, credit risk, or lending — ideally with SMBs, eCommerce, or card-based products

•Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach
