Job Summary

Partner with assigned business units to deliver strategic HR guidance, coaching, and support across employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, recruiting, and compensation. Drive engagement through talent review and succession planning, align training needs with L&D, and support managers with performance management. Manage investigations, ensure compliance with employment laws and EEO/Affirmative Action goals, analyze HR data, and help improve HR processes through special projects.

•Provide strategic HR support and thought partnership to leaders, managers, and employees across HR topics aligned to business goals.
•Coach managers and employees on policies, performance, and talent development; support active performance management and resolution of issues.
•Drive employee engagement through talent review, succession planning, engagement surveys, and development/recognition programs.
•Partner with L&D to identify training needs and align training programs to business objectives.
•Support recruiting and HR processes, manage employee relations investigations, ensure employment law compliance, and prepare reports using HR information systems.

•3+ years of HR business partner experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
•3+ years of experience analyzing and resolving employee issues and advising/counseling managers and supervisors.
•High attention to detail with a focus on data quality and confidentiality.
•Ability to think critically and solve problems in support of HR initiatives and clients.
•Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
