  • •Maintain readiness to meet minimum qualifications for the partnership process.
  • •Work as an independent contractor within a non-exclusive network while keeping your own clients.
  • •Receive client referrals through Loula’s client referral/doula matching program.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience as a doula, with 3 letters of recommendation OR 16 hours of birth/full-spectrum doula training plus attendance at 3 births as a doula.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
