Job Summary

Design, develop, deploy, and support MuleSoft integrations connecting Salesforce to external systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Salesforce APIs. Build Mule 4 applications, DataWeave transformations, and API-led connectivity with RAML/OpenAPI. Implement Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Bulk API, Platform Events), manage Anypoint API Manager policies, and ensure secure deployments on CloudHub or runtimes. Own CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build MuleSoft integrations connecting Salesforce with ERP, billing, marketing automation, data warehouses, and other systems.
•Implement API-led connectivity patterns (System, Process, Experience APIs) using RAML/OpenAPI and Anypoint Platform best practices.
•Develop DataWeave transformations for multiple payload formats and ensure mapping accuracy and performance.
•Configure security and policies in Anypoint API Manager, deploy/manage runtimes (CloudHub/Runtime Fabric/on-prem), and support secure connectivity to Salesforce.
•Maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor integrations, perform incident response and RCA, and support integration testing and data migration activities.

Key Requirements

•9+ years MuleSoft work experience or at least 5 end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation projects.
•Hands-on Mule 4 development with Anypoint Studio, including DataWeave transformations.
•Proven experience with API-led connectivity using RAML/OpenAPI and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform best practices.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns including REST/SOAP, Bulk API, and Platform Events.
•Experience implementing secure deployments, error handling, and CI/CD pipelines for Mule and Salesforce artifacts.
