Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support WSP in fulfilling Project Management contractual obligations on small to large scale projects across the full lifecycle.
  • •Lead or support projects across multiple stages, including bidding, mobilisation, and delivery.
  • •Develop, monitor, and report key project performance metrics, applying established tools and procedures; act as Lead Project Manager where appropriate.
  • •Manage projects using WSP’s online Project Management and Controls tools to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • •Support health and safety best practices, proactively identify and escalate risks/issues/threats, and prepare monthly reports and project documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4-year degree in a relevant Property, Engineering, Construction, or Project Management discipline.
  • •Over 15 years of relevant Project Management experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • •Industry-recognised project management certification(s) (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, APM or equivalent).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven people leadership, mentoring, and team management experience.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and sound knowledge of project management best practices, tools, and emerging trends.
