Serve as a strategic advisor to senior Sales leadership, using data-driven first-principles thinking to shape high-priority commercial opportunities. Lead and scale initiatives like Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System, translating strategy into operating models, governance, and execution frameworks. Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, and Finance to establish measurement rigor, drive change management, and improve seller effectiveness to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise Sales leadership on high-priority commercial opportunities using data-driven insights and first-principles thinking.
•Design and evolve operating models, governance, and execution frameworks that translate strategy into scalable ways of working.
•Lead initiatives like Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System from concept to scalable operating models, including processes and measurement frameworks.
•Build alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
•Establish success metrics and performance frameworks, refining operating models through data, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
•Advanced proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel) to analyze datasets and build executive-level narratives.
•Comfort interpreting basic SQL or using modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) to generate queries.
•Proven track record leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
•Bachelor's degree required.
