Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day product direction across one or more products, including roadmap, prioritization, release decisions, and outcomes.
  • •Run beta and pilot programs end to end: recruit and manage pilot schools and districts, structure feedback loops, and decide what graduates and what gets cut.
  • •Turn usage data, support themes, sales asks, and customer conversations into a ranked, defensible plan including metrics to measure success and gaps.
  • •Ship on a weekly cadence with a senior engineering team and a design partner: produce crisp specs and memos, conduct fast tradeoff calls, and minimize ceremony.
  • •Partner with go-to-market at the right gates (pricing tests, messaging validation, launch readiness) once concepts are validated while protecting early-stage work from premature process.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as the decision-making product manager on live software products, including at least one product you ran after launch through growth.
  • •Strong writing ability to compress complex situations into two clear pages.

  • •Experiment-minded mindset; you form hypotheses, run small tests, and let evidence drive decisions.
