Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Logistics Operations team with daily transportation and carrier-related activities.
  • •Maintain and update logistics databases, repositories, and transportation/terminal/carrier information; support audits and compliance record reviews.
  • •Manage workflow requests and approval processes across business functions, including carrier vetting support and timely completion of tasks.
  • •Track and report carrier performance metrics and monitor service levels across the carrier network to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • •Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support KPI reporting, audits, special projects, and actionable insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
  • •Experience supporting logistics operations, carrier management, transportation coordination, billing, or operational support activities.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
