Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full operational support to the team, anticipating workload and supporting with appropriate materials.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information in Group systems.
  • •Liaise with other Corporate/CIB teams to develop the best possible customer and employee outcomes.
  • •Adhere to HSBC policy, procedures, and controls; raise concerns promptly using reporting and escalation procedures.
  • •Take personal responsibility for understanding performance expectations and completing mandatory training.
  • •Support HSBC vision, Values, goals, and culture in personal behavior and decision making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university.
  • •Experience in banking operations, particularly in wholesale banking, credit, or risk.
  • •Sound knowledge of trade services, treasury, and investment banking products, including local regulations and exposure to corporate banking.
  • •As per BRPD circular no. 02 (16 Jan 2025), applicants from a bank/financial institution must pass the Banking Professional Exam (JAIBB & AIBB) to be appointed in a higher position at HSBC.
  • •Complete mandatory training and develop capability and competence to be effective in the role.
