Key Responsibilities

  • •Define target-state architecture and modernization roadmaps across applications, integrations, and platforms aligned to business outcomes.
  • •Establish enterprise architecture guardrails for service design, API standards, integration patterns, and frontend engineering principles.
  • •Lead solution architecture for complex initiatives spanning frontend, backend, and integrations to deliver cohesive end-to-end designs.
  • •Architect governed integration flows with controlled data movement, scheduling discipline, lineage awareness, and failure handling using BODS.
  • •Mentor developers and technical leads, build an architecture community of practice, and govern architecture decision-making through structured reviews and risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •TOGAF 9 (or equivalent enterprise architecture certification) is preferred.
  • •12–15 years of overall software engineering experience with ownership of enterprise-scale delivery and operational outcomes.
  • •4+ years of technical architecture experience across full stack systems (frontend, backend, and integrations) with enterprise-scale delivery ownership.
  • •Proven experience designing and governing Java microservices architectures and leading modernization programs (decomposition, migration sequencing, and controlled cutover planning).
