Registered Nurse- Homecare

Provide direct homecare nursing to adult and paediatric patients, delivering evidence-based assessment, care planning, interventions, and evaluation from admission through discharge. Prepare clinical and progress notes, monitor and record vital signs, report abnormal values, and administer prescribed medications. Monitor IV infusions and parenteral therapies, provide care for patients with tracheostomy, gastrostomy, colostomy, ventilator support, and other complex conditions, while maintaining accurate patient records and liaising with treating physicians and families.
