Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide environmental compliance program support for industrial clients, including NPDES stormwater permitting and management, SWPPPs, SPCC/storage tank programs, RCRA hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste reporting, and EPCRA Tier II/TRI reporting.
  • •Provide multi-media environmental support to comply with applicable regulations, permits, and plans.
  • •Conduct environmental regulatory compliance audits and synthesize information from regulatory files, permits, and related documentation.
  • •Prepare written and verbal technical reports documenting audits and field investigations, evaluating findings, and presenting data graphically and in tables.
  • •Manage tasks and projects to client-approved scopes, assist with client relationship management, and mentor junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Earth Science, or a related discipline.
  • •7–10 years of experience with U.S. environmental laws including RCRA, CERCLA, SARA, Clean Water Act (CWA), and Clean Air Act (CAA), plus New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania regulations.
  • •Experience evaluating and maintaining environmental regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
  • •Strong analytical skills and independent problem solving, with clear verbal and written communication.
  • •Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites on short notice, including overnight travel.
