Job Summary

Own pricing and profitability strategy for unsecured personal loan portfolios within the Credit Risk & Pricing team. Build and validate pricing models, forecast and back-test performance, and deliver advanced analytics on customer behavior, price elasticity, funnel and portfolio trends. Use internal, bureau, and market data to optimize risk-adjusted profitability and create automated Tableau/Excel/SAS/SQL/Python dashboards for ongoing monitoring and governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute pricing strategies, including pricing recommendations, profitability analysis, and governance oversight for unsecured consumer lending.
•Own pricing and profitability modeling (forecasting, back-testing, model validation) and document key assumptions and methodologies.
•Deliver advanced analytics on customer behavior, price elasticity, application funnel performance, and credit/portfolio trends to optimize profitability outcomes.
•Use internal, bureau, and market data to identify trends, monitor portfolio performance, and support pricing and risk-based decision-making.
•Build and automate reporting solutions and dashboards (Tableau, Excel, SAS, SQL, Python) and present executive-level recommendations to partners and the Pricing Committee.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in an analytically driven role such as Pricing, Credit Risk, Consulting, Analytics, or Finance (unsecured lending experience is a plus).
•Experience with SQL and/or SAS and other programming/scripting languages.
•Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau.
•Strong financial modeling experience (preferred).
•Understanding of consumer credit risk concepts, portfolio performance metrics, and risk-adjusted profitability analysis, with ability to communicate insights to leadership.
