Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations in person and by phone to uncover financial wellness needs and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions.
  • •Support branch operations, assist with teller line transactions as needed, participate in huddles/debriefs, and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience), plus at least 1 year developing new and existing customer relationships and achieving sales/referral goals.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile apps and web browsing).
