Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with Allianz strategy to exceed sales targets.
  • •Prospect new partners and identify growth opportunities within existing portfolios.
  • •Support brokers with analysis, planning, and presentation of complex RFPs for enterprise clients.
  • •Collaborate with Employee Benefits experts to ensure smooth service and optimal retention.
  • •Act as an on-the-ground intelligence hub, providing strategic feedback to leadership on product innovations and process optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7+ years of experience in Employee Benefits, ideally in a technical or commercial expert role.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Belgian social and fiscal legislation (an advantage).
  • •Master’s degree (Law, Economics, or Actuarial) or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong ability to turn complex topics into compelling commercial arguments.
  • •Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English, with executive-level professional communication.
