Job Summary

Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash, global payables, controllership, and compliance across CleverTap’s multi-entity global structure. Run the Global Controllership Algorithm and Compliance Calendar with zero missed timelines, lead statutory/tax/regulatory compliance and audit readiness, and drive AI-led transformation of billing, collections, and payment workflows. Partner hands-on with the CFO on treasury, tax, ESOP, and Reverse Flip restructuring, while delivering MIS, board and investor reporting and cost/treasury optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations, including invoicing, collections, contract billing, overages, and reconciliations.
•Manage global payables and inter-company transactions, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements across geographies.
•Lead global controllership and compliance, ensuring timely close, reporting, and execution of key finance processes.
•Drive statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance with robust SOPs and internal controls, coordinating audits and readiness.
•Partner with the CFO on treasury, tax, ESOP/equity management, and finance workstreams for Reverse Flip, mergers, and corporate restructuring.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with 10+ years post-qualification experience in a Global SaaS/technology company.
•Hands-on ownership of order-to-cash and global payables operations across multiple entities and geographies.
•Proven controllership ownership, including activity calendars, compliance tracking, and audit readiness.
•Strong knowledge of India and cross-border tax/regulatory frameworks including GST, TDS, RBI/FEMA, MCA, and withholding taxes.
•NetSuite (or equivalent ERP) experience, plus Mumbai-based or willing to relocate for WFO.
