Key Responsibilities

•Develop technical excellence and coach transversal expert squads (Lead Techs Data/BI, AI Ops / MLOps).
•Accelerate industrialization of Data & IA solutions by defining standards and practices (Snowflake, Power BI, IA environments) and implementing DataOps/MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning).
•Drive transformation of Analytics to AI by structuring IA frameworks and enabling upskilling across Analytics teams.
•Collaborate with business leaders and platform teams to translate squad needs into technical and infrastructure requirements; monitor pôle performance (velocity, quality, standards adoption, cloud cost optimization).
•Lead cross-functional initiatives, audits of technical quality, and development of tools/frameworks to facilitate delivery and scalability.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Data, Analytics or AI environments;
•Proven track record in technical leadership or Data/AI architecture;
•Experience in guiding Data Science / AI projects to industrialization;
•Experience managing expert technical profiles and aligning them around a shared vision;
•Ability to operate in matrix organizations and influence cross-functionally
