Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support operational and visual processes to maintain strong sales floor visual standards.
  • •Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising, including product recovery, restock/destock, and executing visual directives.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes using payroll management and reporting tools to identify opportunities in placement and stock levels.
  • •Partner with General/Store Manager to represent the business in meetings, review budget and metrics (e.g., Expenses, Sell-Thru), and inform planning workflows.
  • •Lead and coach the Visual team, establish recruitment and succession planning, and oversee sales floor deliverables and KPI achievement.

Key Requirements
