Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and optimize the global Source-to-Pay (S2P) process to ensure a frictionless hand-off between Zip intake and Oracle purchasing/payables.
  • •Act as functional lead for both Zip and Oracle Fusion Procurement by building intake workflows in Zip and configuring requisitioning, purchasing, and supplier portals in Oracle.
  • •Own Zip-to-Oracle integration health by monitoring requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier master data so changes remain consistent between systems.
  • •Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting to translate policies into precise system logic.
  • •Ensure Oracle (system of record) remains audit-ready by managing mappings for category codes, cost centers, and tax attributes across Zip UI and Oracle GL, and manage quarterly release cycles with impact assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Model) and 2+ years with Zip (Zip HQ).
  • •Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, 3-way matching, Encumbrance Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • •Proven experience managing API-based integrations between intake-to-procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs, including approval-to-requisition translation.
  • •Ability to map complex, cross-functional processes and identify automation opportunities or bottlenecks.
  • •Systems thinking to understand how workflow changes in Zip impact General Ledger and AP downstream in Oracle.
