Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage OEM vendors performance and provide feedback for support, parts, process improvements and escalate critical business needs in a timely manner.
  • •Create and maintain report card system to track key supplier performance metrics and drive improvement plans.
  • •Manage fab wide equipment engineering improvement projects across cross-functional teams and business units.
  • •Work with fab engineering teams to analyze equipment gap-to-goal and drive initiatives to meet performance metrics.
  • •Staff/Executive level presentations, proposals and status reports to drive continuous improvement process.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering preferred; other engineering/manufacturing degrees accepted.
  • •Minimum of 8+ years experience in Semiconductor industry with previous vendor management experience.
  • •Knowledge in theory of operations and equipment maintenance preferred.
  • •PMP or Project Management Certification is a plus
  • •Experience working with OEM vendors (TEL, LAM, AMAT, ASML, etc.) to drive continuous improvement and provide constructive feedback to improve site support.
