Build and scale the core Command and Control software for Anduril’s Lattice platform, bridging hardware and operators across vehicles and ground stations. Work on real-time telemetry, autopilot tasks, mission planning, and orchestration of large autonomous fleets, with GenAI agent integration and HITL/SIL testing in hardware-in-the-loop environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, ship, and run code on real hardware deployed on the front lines of global conflicts, bridging hardware and human operators in C2 software.
•Own end-to-end integration and delivery of major new capabilities for operators, from design to deployment.
•Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to scope, design, and deliver new product capabilities within a product domain.
•Contribute to HITL/SIL testing environments and ensure robust, low-latency data flows for mission-critical operations.
•Mentor junior engineers and help evolve the platform as customer needs and defense programs scale.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering experience with a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals.
•Language-agnostic mindset; primary stack is Go, but ability to pick up Go quickly if needed.
•Backend, distributed systems, data processing, and API design experience.
•Frontend involvement with React and TypeScript for middleware integration and real-time data flow into operator UI.
•Bias for action and ability to deliver rapid, deployable software capabilities to military operators.
