Job Summary

Design, lead, and govern enterprise-scale infrastructure automation to deliver secure, resilient, standardized operations across Windows, UNIX/Linux, virtualization, and hybrid cloud platforms. Reduce operational toil by building policy-driven, reusable, auditable automation aligned to security and governance. Own and enhance Ansible Automation Platform/AWX and automation frameworks, integrate with CI/CD and IaC, and serve as technical lead, reviewer, and Level-3 escalation support for automation and platform incidents.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design strategy, development, planning, coordination, and deployment of complex infrastructure automation tools and technologies.
•Design and implement reusable automation frameworks, best practices, and patterns across platforms and teams.
•Drive adoption of Ansible/AAP/AWX-based orchestration and integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and IaC models.
•Serve as IT app owner for automation platforms/services (e.g., AAP, AWX, lifecycle automation frameworks).
•Act as technical lead and reviewer for automation designs and production deployments; mentor engineers and provide Level-3 escalation support for complex automation failures and incidents.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
•8–12+ years of infrastructure engineering or automation experience, with demonstrated leadership in enterprise automation initiatives.
•Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), AWX, and Terraform for automation orchestration.
•Advanced scripting capability in Python, PowerShell, and Bash (or equivalent) and experience automating Windows and UNIX/Linux infrastructure at scale.
•Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, IaC concepts, and automation testing practices.
