Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment.
  • •Review daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and ensure positions are filled before line start-up.
  • •Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to support ergonomics.
  • •Ensure workstations have passed USDA inspection and promote safety through daily actions and monthly safety meetings.
  • •Oversee processing operations, including accurate shipments, inventory rotation and product coding, recordkeeping for reworked/returned product, and training/retaining/counseling team members.
