Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain relationships with hiring managers and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the business and sub-region.
  • •Drive and supervise sub-region hiring targets including time to fill, cost per hire, graduate intake, diversity, and candidate satisfaction.
  • •Manage end-to-end staffing: implement sourcing strategies, screen candidates, create shortlists, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offers and relocation.
  • •Create and post job openings on job boards and the company career website, including writing job descriptions and ensuring policy and legal compliance.
  • •Support onboarding and candidate experience by preparing offer letters, coordinating pre-employment screenings/background checks, handling candidate communications, and providing administrative support to the talent acquisition team.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or related roles.
  • •Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS to manage recruitment workflows.
  • •Ability to drive full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding support.
  • •Use KPIs and data analysis to support recruitment planning, strategies, and process improvement.
