Key Responsibilities

  • •Propose and help develop innovative AI solutions to enhance regional and global MCC teams.
  • •Assist with administrative aspects of SAP MCC operations, including checkpoint/alignment calls and post-session reporting.
  • •Collaborate with team members to develop and implement ideas and lead internal projects.
  • •Perform data analysis using MCC Analytics for executive and management reporting.
