Lead product and design in an AI-native performance management platform, partnering with the CTO and executive team to define and execute product strategy. Build and coach a team of Product Managers and Product Designers, owning initiatives from discovery through customer adoption. Drive prioritization using customer insights and data, guide technical tradeoffs with Engineering, and champion the roadmap vision directly with customers while embedding AI into daily product development.
