Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a professional, highly visible security presence across hospital buildings, car parks, and site boundaries.
  • •Carry out foot patrols, monitor access points, and respond to alarms and incidents.

  • •Operate security and control room systems including CCTV, body worn video, radios, and alarm panels.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid SIA Security or Door Supervisor licence (CCTV licence desirable).

  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • •Confidence using IT systems and writing clear incident reports and logs.
