Job Summary

Project Manager coordinating IT infrastructure and systems for client projects, acting as single point of contact between client and Devoteam’s technical pillars (Cybersecurity, Infra & Cloud). Manages administration of Systems & Infra & Cloud, assigns specialized requests, tracks progress, and reports on activity while ensuring service quality. Mainly remote with periodic on-site visits to Alicante, Spain.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) to receive IT demand from the client and coordinate with Devoteam pillars.
•Execute tasks related to Systems, Infra & Cloud administration and allocate specialized requests to technical teams.
•Monitor and follow up on all requests and prepare activity reports.
•Ensure quality of the deployed service and maintain high service levels.
•Interface with the client and with different Devoteam technical structures to ensure alignment and progress.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5 years in a similar Infrastructure and Systems Administrator role
•3 years as a technical coordinator
•Spanish language proficiency; English professional level (minimum C1) for ticketing, reporting, and global meetings
•Higher education in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field (or a university degree); PMP/PMI or Agile certifications are a plus
