Own large, impactful projects within the Global KYC and Onboarding squads, driving technical roadmaps that address technical debt, reliability, scalability, and security. Help modernize verification infrastructure through microservices, configuration-driven KYC/FinCrime, and automation using ML/AI, while elevating engineering quality through best practices and reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 87,500 - 111,000 annually

•4+ years of experience with Java 8+, Spring framework, and asynchronous message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), including building highly scalable microservices.
•Architected and built backend systems that provide clean APIs and interfaces to manage internal complexity.
•Experience integrating risk and mitigation systems to support compliance requirements.
•Strong product mindset focused on customer experience and regulatory compliance, with data-driven decision-making for complex, ambiguous problems.
•Demonstrated commitment to clean, testable, maintainable, high-performance code, rigorous code reviews, and clear communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
