Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures.
  • •Develop short- and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps based on market situation, lifecycle, competition, and resources.
  • •Oversee project progress and collaborate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, operations, and other departments.
  • •Use data-driven thinking to explore logic behind AUM growth and user growth, and formulate growth and operation strategies.
  • •Collaborate with quantitative and risk teams to define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks for new structured offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of product manager experience with a bachelor’s degree or above; background in mathematics, economics, or related quantitative fields preferred.
  • •Solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance concepts, with a keen interest in blockchain and the financial industry.
  • •Strong product design and project management skills, including identifying user needs through data analysis and implementing growth strategies.
  • •Ability to demonstrate rigorous logical thinking, exceptional teamwork, and effective communication; able to orchestrate resources across departments.
  • •Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a global, cross-timezone environment.
