Job Summary

Own the product planning and delivery for structured products on the derivatives trading exchange. Lead design of principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures, then build short- and medium-term roadmaps. Drive data-informed growth and user lifecycle improvements, monitor market trends, and translate insights into initiatives. Coordinate across developers, designers, quant and risk, marketing, and operations to define parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies, and custom payoff structures.
•Develop short- and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps based on market situation, lifecycle, competition, and resources.
•Oversee project progress and collaborate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing, operations, and other departments.
•Use data-driven thinking to explore logic behind AUM growth and user growth, and formulate growth and operation strategies.
•Collaborate with quantitative and risk teams to define product parameters, pricing models, and risk frameworks for new structured offerings.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of product manager experience with a bachelor’s degree or above; background in mathematics, economics, or related quantitative fields preferred.
•Solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance concepts, with a keen interest in blockchain and the financial industry.
•Strong product design and project management skills, including identifying user needs through data analysis and implementing growth strategies.
•Ability to demonstrate rigorous logical thinking, exceptional teamwork, and effective communication; able to orchestrate resources across departments.
•Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a global, cross-timezone environment.
