Provide efficient, accurate completion of client transactions while delivering a distinctive in-branch customer experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Cross-trained to assist sales and service processes, serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
