Job Summary

Coordinate the SOUTH go-to-market (GTM) process for samples and showrooms, partnering with merchandising and other cluster teams to build streamlined timelines and an integrated EM GTM approach. Plan showroom setup, ensure seasonal merchandising readiness, manage all footwear/apparel/accessories samples, maintain sample documentation and reporting, and oversee invoicing/crediting/allocation. Also manage shipping and courier tracking, run sample room controls and security, support showroom staff onboarding, and assist with clearance and local content upload.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Manager MOPS SOUTH to build and streamline Cluster GTM processes into a unified EM go-to-market approach and calendar.
•Plan and coordinate GTM sample handling timelines and showroom preparation activities, including seasonal showroom set-up and merchandising execution.
•Receive, track, and manage all footwear, apparel, and accessories samples; maintain sample master files, documentation, and reporting.
•Manage sample invoicing, crediting, and allocation to relevant functions; act as the key contact for sample management matters.
•Coordinate local and international shipping, courier management, and sample tracking, and manage the sample room (administration, controls, security, stock accuracy).

Key Requirements

•Grade 12 / Matric.
•3-5 years of relevant experience in sample management, product operations, merchandising, or marketing operations.
•Experience supporting GTM processes and/or showroom operations (preferred).
•Advanced Excel skills.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
