Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain IT infrastructure and a scalable tech stack, including monitoring and documentation.
  • •Automate internal workflows to reduce toil and improve efficiency using scripts, APIs, and workflow tools.
  • •Reimagine and standardize deployment and configuration for a Mac fleet, building secure, reliable desktop environments with version-controlled systems.
  • •Drive identity strategy and scalable access controls using least privilege, and implement security enhancements across the SaaS stack.
  • •Administer and optimize the SaaS stack (including LangSmith) and automate provisioning and lifecycle management using APIs and automation tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in IT engineering and systems administration.
