Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, banking, financial services, or fintech with responsibility for client retention and revenue growth.
  • •3+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
  • •8+ years leading complex business discussions with executive stakeholders and managing strategic client relationships within financial institutions or related markets.
  • •Experience supporting contract negotiations, renewal strategies, and consultative selling across a portfolio of clients.
