Specialist Physician General Surgery

Provide high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered general surgery care under the Consultant Physician. Lead ward rounds, reassess inpatients and outpatients, diagnose and treat according to best practice, and ensure accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings, obtain informed consent, and manage referrals and out-of-hours rotational coverage. Support quality improvement through audit and incident reporting, and promote clinical research, publication, and supervision of junior medical staff.
