Job Summary

Join DoorDash Labs to help build regulated drone delivery operations. You’ll work cross-functionally with Flight Operations and Ground Operations, identify safety-critical risks, support on-ground tasks beyond flight, and contribute to a growing commercial operations program focused on scalable, safe autonomous aviation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Commercial Ground Operations team in assigned tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
•Collaborate with software and hardware teams to provide structured operational feedback on production systems and tools.
•Work closely with Flight Operations and support on the ground to integrate drone operations with ground workflows.
•Identify operational risk and escalate safety-critical matters to the Ground Operations Lead.
•Assist in all operational tasks outside of flight, such as Drone Drop Spots, manual data collection, and merchant launch readiness.
