Key Responsibilities

•Engineer unique AV solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement unique AV solutions that meet the specific needs of our spaces and events.
•Stay up to date with the latest AV technologies to ensure our solutions are innovative, reliable and user-friendly.
•Build amazing spaces: Work closely with construction, Spaceport and design teams to create immersive and engaging spaces that showcase our brand and culture.
•Ensure our spaces are outfitted with state-of-the-art AV systems that support collaboration, productivity and creativity.
•Support events: Provide technical expertise and support for SpaceX and Spaceport events, including Starship launches, village gatherings, concerts and other high-profile events.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•2+ years of professional experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software, and IP networks within a mid to large enterprise environment for AV support.
•Q-SYS Level 1 Certification.
•High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
•Experience with Dante and AES67 protocols.
•LED wall installation experience.
