Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer unique AV solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement unique AV solutions that meet the specific needs of our spaces and events.
  • •Stay up to date with the latest AV technologies to ensure our solutions are innovative, reliable and user-friendly.
  • •Build amazing spaces: Work closely with construction, Spaceport and design teams to create immersive and engaging spaces that showcase our brand and culture.
  • •Ensure our spaces are outfitted with state-of-the-art AV systems that support collaboration, productivity and creativity.
  • •Support events: Provide technical expertise and support for SpaceX and Spaceport events, including Starship launches, village gatherings, concerts and other high-profile events.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software, and IP networks within a mid to large enterprise environment for AV support.
  • •Q-SYS Level 1 Certification.
  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •Experience with Dante and AES67 protocols.
  • •LED wall installation experience.
