Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with full life cycle Workday implementations, including planning, design, and build phases.
  • •Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
  • •Configure Workday applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
  • •Create training materials and quick reference guides; conduct training classes to prepare end users and drive adoption.
  • •Provide post-production support and participate in full life cycle implementations, including identifying requirements and defining support procedures; support pre-sales activities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • •Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
  • •Minimum of 4 full life cycle Workday implementations.
  • •Knowledge of Workday modules and applications, including exposure or training on Workday applications.
  • •Industry recognized professional certification required and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
