Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leaders to understand current and future talent needs across Corporate and Retail businesses.
  • •Develop sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
  • •Lead end-to-end recruitment, from role briefing and sourcing through to selection, offers, and a positive candidate experience.
  • •Partner with leaders on workforce planning, engagement, retention, team effectiveness, and future capability.
  • •Coach managers on leadership, performance, employee experience, and people decisions, including employee lifecycle moments and people-related employee relations matters.

Key Requirements

  • •3–4 years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience with strong end-to-end recruitment expertise.
  • •Lead end-to-end recruitment from role briefing and sourcing through selection and offers.
  • •Experience partnering with and coaching managers and business leaders.
  • •Strong knowledge of Australian employment practices and employee relations.
  • •Experience in retail, fashion, consumer, hospitality, or other high-volume, customer-focused environments.
