Job Summary

AECOM is hiring Drainage Engineers and Designers to join our Southeast Transportation team. Key Responsibilities

•Design and evaluate highway drainage systems including storm drainage, cross culvert analysis, and hydrology across large-scale projects
•Prepare and review drainage designs using CAD tools (Bentley MicroStation, OpenRoads)
•Collaborate with project teams on Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects to meet schedule and budget
•Support project management with technical analyses and documentation for permitting and constructability
•Assist in mentoring junior designers and integrating quality control within design tasks

•CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Preferred Qualifications: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience
