Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet patients and provide first-level support by answering questions, checking patients in/out, and collecting and processing payments.
  • •Schedule and confirm patient appointments, and place outbound calls for scheduling follow-up hearing tests, consultations, and weekly evaluations.
  • •Verify insurance benefits and authorization details, and complete benefit checks for each patient.
  • •Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files/notes; process patient orders and prepare equipment/support tasks under supervision.
  • •Manage inventory and supply orders, assist with at least one community outreach event per month, and prepare bank deposits and daily reports to finance.
