Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver IT services to customers, including patching, updates, configuration changes, and operational support.
  • •Set up, maintain, and improve remote access platforms and customer connections.
  • •Improve remote support infrastructure with a focus on availability, usability, reliability, and security.
  • •Support monitoring and logging capabilities, including event logs, syslog, and troubleshooting activities.
  • •Assist with secure configuration, device hardening, access control, and infrastructure improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid hands-on IT skills with experience in IT infrastructure, such as servers (including Windows servers), networks, and remote access solutions.
  • •Experience with firewalls, switches, routers, authentication mechanisms, encryption, or device hardening.
  • •Familiarity with infrastructure technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Hyper-V, backup, and storage (or similar).
  • •Comfort with monitoring and logging tools, or strong motivation to build skills in monitoring and logging.
  • •Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience, plus a structured troubleshooting and documentation approach.
