Key Responsibilities

  • •Allocate staff and review their responses to Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Service Letters, and Technical Follow Ups for aircraft structures and cabin interiors.
  • •Ensure ongoing staff compliance with ANTR procedures and that required procedures are continually updated to reflect current practice and new regulatory requirements.
  • •Ensure structures and interiors group promptly carries out responsibilities for Service Bulletins, Service Letters, and Technical Follow Ups in line with the embodiment policy.
  • •Liaise with aircraft, component, and system manufacturers to identify opportunities to enhance in-service equipment technical performance.
  • •Manage engineering development activities for non-OEM modifications, select approved external design organizations, and ensure structural damage/repair records are maintained.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance qualification, with additional education acceptable to BCAA.
  • •Minimum 7 years airline technical experience, including at least 4 years in an aircraft structures/interiors discipline.
  • •Ability to allocate staff and review technical responses to Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Service Letters, and Technical Follow Ups for structures and cabin interiors.
  • •Ensure staff activities follow procedures and stay updated with ANTR compliance requirements.
  • •Ensure recruitment, training, and records for staff involved in aircraft continuing airworthiness functions are properly maintained.
