Job Summary

Own and lead the Vietnam Food and Beverage (Retail) B2B business with end-to-end P&L responsibility, delivering sustainable, profitable growth. Define and execute the country strategy, drive above-market revenue and market share gains, and evolve route-to-market through direct engagement and distributor partnerships. Build partnerships with multinational and local food manufacturers, lead pricing and margin management, and collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams to ensure strong execution and governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead the Vietnam business with full P&L accountability, balancing revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation.
•Define and execute the country strategy aligned with global and regional priorities, identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities across categories, customers, and applications.
•Develop and deliver commercial strategy to drive above-market growth and market share gains, including route-to-market, pricing, portfolio, and margin management.
•Build partnerships with key multinational and local Vietnamese food manufacturers, expanding the footprint across strategic categories using insights, innovation, and technical capabilities.
•Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing commercial team while collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams to deliver integrated solutions and strong execution.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in the food ingredients and/or flavours industry, with a primary degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology or similar fields.
•Proven leadership experience as a Country Head, GM, or Senior Commercial Leader.
•Strong track record building and scaling businesses in Vietnam or comparable emerging markets.
•Deep experience in B2B environments, including key account management and project-based selling.
•Demonstrated success in multi-channel and complex route-to-market environments.
