Build an operational excellence culture, ensure high customer service delivery, and promptly handle internal feedback, complaints, and enquiries. Partner on business-required process projects while bringing the voice of customers into operations. Ensure compliance with regulations and manage operational risk through identification, assessment, mitigation, control, and reporting.
