Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the FLS subject matter expert for Service Sequences and support complex service sequence tooling.
  • •Create, review, optimize, and combine service sequences to improve execution quality and cycle time.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and execution support for complex service actions, including missing sequence creation.
  • •Lead Service Mix (SMIX) execution for major factory issues from a work-prep perspective and drive sequence alignment.
  • •Monitor SMIX performance (quality, cycle time, repeat disturbances) and drive continuous improvement and structural upgrades for NPI readiness.

  • •At least 5 years in a Coordination or Technical role with relevant experience in escalation management and operational organization.
  • •Strong track record in operational coordination/work preparation and driving execution quality.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • •Clear, concise communicator comfortable presenting to engineers, management, and senior stakeholders.
