Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of advanced data science, predictive analytics, and data engineering engagements, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • •Translate complex technical findings into actionable business recommendations for executive stakeholders and serve as a senior client counselor.
  • •Design, develop, and deploy predictive models (forecasting, time-series analysis, marketing mix modeling) and AI-driven solutions.
  • •Architect scalable data pipelines, cloud-based data environments, AI-enabled infrastructure, and production-ready analytics solutions.
  • •Oversee, mentor, and promote best practices across data scientists, engineers, analysts, and technical specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in data science, analytics, data engineering, machine learning, or predictive modeling, including leading teams and complex client engagements.
  • •Proven experience delivering large-scale analytics, AI, and data science initiatives in agency, consulting, communications, marketing, technology, or client-service environments.
  • •Deep expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, and forecasting/advanced analytics methodologies.
  • •Strong experience designing and managing cloud-based data platforms, scalable ETL/ELT processes, and modern data architectures.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and R, plus dashboarding/data visualization with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
